Donny Traylor

Funeral service for Donny Traylor, 63, of Pittsburg, will be 2:00 P.M Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Church of the Living God, Mt. Pleasant. Interment in Blundis Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Tumey Mortuary, Mt. Pleasant. He died March 21, 2024.

Donny was born September 14, 1959 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Thurston and Leona (Miller) Traylor.

Donny was a member of the Church of the Living God, Mt. Pleasant and attended Mt. Pleasant schools. Donnylovedhisgrandchildren,working on cars, riding his scooter and visiting with his friends and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father Thurston and Leona Traylor; four brothers and four sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children Tameka Brown of Houston, Texas, Donny Traylor Jr. and Leona Traylor both of Greenville, Texas; grandchildren Janiaa “Lula Bell”, Zamiyah “Bell”, Ariyah “Bunny”; two sisters Nora Lewis of Greenville, Texas, Edna Warren of DeSoto, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Public viewing will be Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at Cozine-Tarver funeral home in Greenville, Texas and then on Friday here at funeral from 2pm to 6pm. Guestbook at www.tumeymortuary. com.
