Lady Tigers set to kick off district play after weekend in Wylie

The Mount Pleasant Lady Tigers kicked off district play Tuesday at home against Tyler High. Over the weekend, the Lady Tigers traveled to Wylie for tournament play. Mount Pleasant fell in games against Frisco Memorial, Lubbock Cooper, Frisco Reedy, Rockwall and Farmersville but finished with a 5-1 win over Rockwall Heath. The Lady Tigers are 11-7-1 thus far this season.
